Sales Goblin Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sales Goblin, including our mobile application, website at salesgoblin.app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by FTW Agency ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Stripe account to connect to the Service.
• You must have the authority to connect any Stripe account you link to the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Sales Goblin service

Sales Goblin is a revenue-visibility companion for Stripe. It connects to Stripe accounts you authorize via Stripe OAuth (Connect) and presents revenue activity in a feed, with alerts, insights, widgets, and Sales Watch on supported devices.

Activity we surface includes payments, invoices, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, failed payments, new customers, disputes, and payouts, as ingested from Stripe. The Service does not cover every possible Stripe object or API event.

Sales Goblin uses your Stripe connection only to read revenue activity. It does not provide functionality to create charges, issue refunds, transfer funds, or change payouts.

The Service depends on push notifications, device settings, network connectivity, and third-party delivery (including Expo, Apple Push Notification service, and Firebase Cloud Messaging). We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, or delivered instantly. Sales Goblin should not be used as your sole monitoring solution for critical operations. Verify financial data in Stripe.

User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@salesgoblin.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Stripe account connections

• By connecting a Stripe account, you authorize Sales Goblin to access event and related revenue data from that account via Stripe OAuth. We use this access for read and event-driven revenue visibility.
• You represent that you have authority to connect each Stripe account.
• You may disconnect a Stripe account from within the app.
• We are not responsible for Stripe’s actions or API changes that affect the Service. Notification delivery also depends on Stripe sending webhook events to our servers, which is outside our control.

Subscriptions and billing

Sales Goblin is a paid subscription. There is no permanent free tier. There is no automatic free trial. If a promotional offer is available, it applies only when it is explicitly presented at purchase.

Current plans, when offered:

• Monthly — $14.99 per month.
• Annual — $99 per year.

The price and billing interval are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Prices are listed in US Dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

We may change pricing. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect where required. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing, subject to the rules of the store where you subscribed.

Apple App Store purchases

Purchases made through the iOS app may be processed by Apple through the App Store (Subscribe In-App). App Store subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple's subscription-management process. Apple subscriptions are managed through the user's Apple account/subscription settings. Refund requests for Apple purchases are subject to Apple's applicable policies/process.

Apple App Store subscriptions are not billed by Stripe.

Web / Stripe purchases

When web subscriptions are offered (Subscribe), they may be processed by Stripe. The price and billing interval are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel applicable web subscriptions through the in-product billing flow or by contacting support@salesgoblin.app.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel according to the process for the platform where you purchased (Apple or web/Stripe).

Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time through the platform where you subscribed.
• Upon cancellation, access typically remains until the end of the current billing period, subject to that platform’s rules.
• No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law or by the billing platform.

Refunds

Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. For web/Stripe purchases, refunds are not guaranteed. We may consider web refund requests case-by-case. Contact support@salesgoblin.app.

Account deletion

You may delete your Sales Goblin account through the product. Deleting a Sales Goblin account does not necessarily cancel an external Apple or web subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them when applicable, or billing may continue.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Connect Stripe accounts you do not own or are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related networks.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Use automated systems to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written consent.
• Use the Service to monitor Stripe accounts for competitive intelligence against the account owners.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe, Apple, RevenueCat (for native in-app purchases), Supabase, Expo, and push-notification providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, and design — are the exclusive property of FTW Agency and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Service availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
• We may add, change, or remove features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED INSTANTLY OR AT ALL; (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

SALES GOBLIN IS A CONVENIENCE TOOL FOR REVENUE VISIBILITY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS YOUR PRIMARY OR SOLE METHOD OF MONITORING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING DATA THROUGH STRIPE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FTW AGENCY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FTW Agency from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights including Stripe's terms, or your connection of Stripe accounts you are not authorized to access.

Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account through the product.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the Service or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Account deletion does not by itself cancel Apple or web subscriptions.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FTW Agency regarding your use of the Service.
